• Right of withdrawal, cancellations and returns

We aim to provide you the exact part ordered in the condition that is agreed.

Please inspect the received product upon delivery. Please check if you have received the correct products. Any transport damage or missing items can be claimed within a strict 3 days time period after delivery, independent of the place of delivery, due to courier rules. ABCspecialist will handle such claim by providing a solution for the claimed issue according to the general conditions. The claim does not give the buyer the right to cancel the purchase.

All sales are ment to be for professional use without intentions for cancellations. All sales are agreed to be final upon accepting the general conditions. Any returns using the right of withdrawal may be requested within 14 days after delivery by informing ABCspecialist in written notice at [email protected]. Note according to the purchase conditions, a 10% administrative fee can be charged and additionally transport costs are non-refundable.

Some products are offered on special demand or request by the client, and are specially ordered by ABCspecialist at suppliers. Special promotions that give any type of discount on an order, are only given to clients for final orders therefore the client waves return possibilities.

• Limited warranty

Due to the category of the products there is no fixed warranty period or milage unless specifically agreed upon or unless purchased as a warranty package in addition to the sale.


• Conditions for limited warranty

Opening a case of a warranty claim can only take place if the original product is untampered, undamaged and unused, not opened or not assembled or installed, in original packaging with unbroken seal, complete with all accesoires and parts, received by ABCspecialist. We don't accept items with missing parts or repair attempts being returned.

Products from which the seal has been broken cannot be returned. Specially ordered parts (not from stock), parts with electronics, hybrid parts from a HV system, parts that need to be coded, or products with a discount will not be accepted for return.

Some products are offered on special demand or request by the client, and are specially ordered by ABCspecialist at suppliers. Special promotions that give any type of discount on an order, are only given to clients for final orders wherefore the client waves return possibilities.

Returning the product is at the responsibility and expense of the client. Refunds will only take place after technical inspection of the product by ABCspecialist, whereby ABCspecialist is the designated party to determine the state of the product. Costs can be charged if the product is not returned in the state it was sold.

Note according to the purchase conditions transport costs are non-refundable. Under no circumstances do the general terms and conditions and purchase agreement give the customer the opportunity to hold ABCspecialist responsible for financial or material damage or injury of any kind, directly or indirectly, to persons or property. Under no circumstances can these warranty conditions lead to ABC's liability by the customer for costs or losses for labor, garage costs, inspection costs, costs for parts, replacement products, replacement transport, rental costs, or costs of any other form.

• How to start a return request?

Please inform ABCspecialist on [email protected] about your request, when the conditions above are met, you will receive a complaint form.

Please send the old parts properly packed to the address found on the return form.

• Sending the returning parcel.
Any courier can be used to send the parcel to ABCspecialist, however we prefer DPD, UPS and Fedex. You may want to use courier compare websites, in order to compare transport rates. We advise to check Parcel2go.com and Parcelmonkey.com. We advise to work with DPD, Fedex or UPS.

Please note the responsibility of returning the parts in exchange in good condition to our warehouse, is fully at the buyer. We advise to ship the parcel with insurance.

For transport from outside EU; Please make sure to follow instructions on the return form concerning the commercial invoice and customs declaration. Returning defect units should be noted as such, with the according defect item day-value.

For some countries we are able to arrange and book transport with collection at a small surcharge.

• Process time for returning parcels

We receive many packages every week. The processing time for opening the packages is on average 7 days. You will receive a notification when the package has been opened and processed.

In the meantime, you can of course follow the parcel online, to see if the package has been delivered to our address by the courier. Thank you for your patience.
