Purchase agreements for all offers and sales.

ABCspecialist is a Dutch company specialized in all parts of hydraulic and air suspension systems, exclusively for professionals and the business market. By accepting this agreement, the client states to be a professional or workshop in possession of the valid certificates, training and knowledge to use and install the products sold by ABCspecialist. By performing the payment of the received invoice, the customer accept the binding purchase agreement with ABCspecialist to which the purchase agreement and general conditions apply. With accepting this agreement the client expressly waive standard consumer rights and agrees with our conditions. The client declares to have read and understood the general terms and conditions of ABCspecialist and agrees that only Dutch law is applicable, irrespective of the place of domicile or place of establishment of the customer, regardless of the language of the purchase. The price, payment and delivery of the product in this invoice are subject to the agreements made in articles 5, 6 and 7 of the general terms and conditions.

Our products are meant for professionals and are only sold to workshops, resellers and certified mechanics. Work on a vehicle should only be done by certified workshop personnel using the correct equipment and installation steps, otherwise damage to the product, vehicle and components or personell may occur. Strictly follow the correct procedures when using any of our products in any way. It is the responsibility of the client to study the official service manual and to take proper safety precautions before the product is installed in the system or vehicle.

All components sold by ABCspecialist, unless explicitly stated, are reconditioned or refurbished, parts, which are used parts which have been repaired with the utmost care but are subject to wear. Light scratches, paint damage and mounting traces may still be present on the product, and are no reason for returns. Used products are sold in the condition as they are sent, the client is free to optically inspect the products for 14 days, after which no refund is possible.


Because the reconditioned or refurbished parts we offer are sensitive to correct assembly and functioning of other components of the system, any form of return after assembly, installation or use is not possible. Products from which the seal has been broken cannot be returned. Specially ordered parts (not from stock), oldtimer parts, parts with electronics, HV system hybrid parts, parts with hydraulics, or products with a discount will not be accepted for return in any case.


The client can (with the exception of products on order and products with discount) within 14 days after receipt of the product, use the right of withdrawal as referred to in Article 7 without giving any reason. The client can also claim a replacement product under the limited warranty as referred to in Article 11 of the general terms and conditions for a period of up to 14 days after receipt. In the event of loss or damage of items during transport, client should file a complaint within 3 days.


Opening a case of a warranty claim can only take place if the product is undamaged and unused, not opened or not assembled, in original packaging with unbroken seal, complete. well packaged and protected, received by ABCspecialist . Returning the product is at the responsibility and expense of the client. Refunds will only take place after technical inspection of the product by ABCspecialist, whereby ABCspecialist is the designated party to determine the state of the product. Costs can be charged if the product is not returned in the state it was sold.

For products with a deposit as referred to in Article 10, the client should send the old part properly packed and free of oil to ABCspecialist, after assembly of the new product. The client will receive the return form with the order. The return shipment is at the own expense and risk of the client. After receipt and inspection the client will receive the already paid deposit amount back on the clients account.

Under no circumstances do the general terms and conditions and purchase agreement give the client the opportunity to hold ABCspecialist responsible for financial or material damage or injury of any kind, directly or indirectly, to persons or property. Under no circumstances can these warranty conditions lead to ABC's liability by the client for costs or losses for labor, garage costs, inspection costs, costs for parts, replacement products, replacement transport, rental costs, or costs of any other form.

When a client purchases our products, the terms and conditions which can be found on our website are agreed upon. No rights can be dissected from information, prices, advice or any text in advertisements or our website. We are a Dutch company and only Dutch law applies.
