If you want to order a product directly from us as a B2B customer, with your company or workshop and a valid EU VAT number, we can send you a net invoice without VAT.

How long does shipping take?
We ship worldwide via air freight with various couriers. Shipping usually takes 2-5 days within Europe and 4-7 days globally.

Is the shipping insured?
The shipping is insured and includes tracking information. You will automatically receive updates with tracking information and notifications when the package is on its way or has been delivered.

Can I also pick up the product locally?
We are an online store with automated processes. We do not have a physical store for local pickup or a visit address.

Express shipping is possible: 24-48 hours within Europe, 2-3 days worldwide.
Express delivery options are available through TNT, FedEx Priority, UPS Express, and DHL Express. Please provide your address to receive a quote for the cost of express shipping.

When do I return the old unit?
After you have received and installed the new product, you should return the old parts well-packaged in the original box and free from oil to ABCspecialist Nederland for recycling, according to the instructions on the return form.

No, the agreed offer includes returning the old unit without significant damage. If no old unit or a severely damaged unit is received, additional charges will apply.

The return form is included in the box and has been sent to you in the order confirmation email. You can also download the return form from our website.

Who is responsible for the return costs?
The costs for returning packages are the responsibility of the buyer. Since we sell worldwide, we do not offer prepaid return labels.

How do I exchange a product?
After placing an order and receiving your payment, we will first ship the new product. We ask that the old parts be returned after each sale. Once you have installed the new product, you can return the old parts in the box with the attached return form to our address. It is not possible to drop off the old part at our facility.

Can I send an old part first?
It is not recommended to send an old part first, as you may miss a small part such as a cable or screw. There is usually no possibility to repair your item, as we work with bulk quantities, except for rare parts and parts for classic cars.

What about the warranty for the product?
We strive to provide high-quality products, and all products are tested before sale. Unfortunately, the warranty is often misused as an excuse for improper use. Therefore, we have currently decided not to offer a warranty in terms of time or mileage on these products.

Returns are not accepted after 14 days, and no returns are accepted after use. Special order parts, electronic parts, and discounted items cannot be returned.

We receive many packages weekly. The processing time for opening the packages is approximately 7 days. You will automatically receive a notification when the package has been opened and processed.

The product is refurbished or reconditioned. We strive to make our products look as good as possible, but it is still a used product and may show minor signs of wear. All products are tested before being sold.

We recommend having the installation of the parts carried out only by certified technicians. If you provide us with your location, we can connect you with a specialized workshop we collaborate with.
