ABC Secure Package.

The ABC Secure Package covers the costs that fall outside the normal coverage offered by us. This way, you can always drive carefree with your newly purchased products. If something goes wrong during the chosen coverage period, we will repair the part for you free of charge. If the repair is not possible? Then you will receive Credit to the value of a replacement product. We assure you of that!

Conditions.

Choose the insured value in accordance with the purchase price of the product, and choose the initial coverage period of your subscription. The offer is valid for the duration of the coverage. This offer can only be claimed once per product during the coverage period. Damage caused by impact, falls, accidents, intentional misuse or theft is excluded. Damage caused by incorrect electrical voltage, short circuit, fire, explosion, water damage, moisture, smoke, dust, soot particles and/or war and natural disasters is excluded. In the event of intent, incorrect representation of the facts, or if you open and/or carry out repairs to the product yourself or make changes, the coverage will lapse.

After the initial coverage period has expired, the same subscription will be extended monthly, with a notice period of 1 month. The costs will be invoiced pro rata with payment obligation.

In the event of replacement by an equivalent product of the covered object, the new value at the time of the damage applies, with a maximum of the original purchase price.

The following depreciation will take place:
During the first quarter: 10% per month
During the remainder of the first year: 5% per month
During the second year: 3% per month
Calculated from delivery date. Part of a month counts as 1 month.
For every damage and claim under the coverage, a deductible of €50 always applies.

The product must be registered and sent to ABCspecialist at the customer's responsibility and expense. It is expressly agreed that ABCspecialist is the only party that can and may assess the product. The coverage will only come into effect after receipt and assessment by ABCspecialist.

Cancellation, revocation or refund of this service is not possible. By paying, you agree to the terms and conditions. Cancellation during the initial coverage period is not possible. The cancellation period of the subscription after the initial coverage period is 1 month. The coverage is only effective after the payment is complete. Depreciation and deductible are always settled first. A written credit is valid for 2 years.

About this deal.

ABCspecialist sells products exclusively intended for professional users, orderable on request with a specific article number by business customers, workshops and specialists. Work on a vehicle may only be carried out by certified workshop personnel using the correct equipment and official installation procedures, otherwise damage to the vehicle, its parts and the environment may occur. All products are tested and sold sealed. Returning a product under the normal conditions or making use of the right of withdrawal is only possible if the article is returned unused and undamaged to ABCspecialist for inspection, administration costs apply for processing. Electronics, hybrid components, classic car parts, used, refurbished, reconditioned or remanufactured parts entail additional conditions. Confirming the order by payment means agreeing to these conditions and consenting to the purchase agreement and our general terms and conditions.

This offer does not in any case give the customer the possibility to hold ABCspecialist liable for financial or material damage or injury of any kind, direct or indirect, to persons or property. These warranty conditions can in no case lead to liability of ABC by the customer for costs or losses for labor, garage costs, inspection costs, costs for extra parts, extra replacement products, replacement transportation, rental costs or other implicit or additional costs of any kind.
